This leading international speciality pharmaceutical company are the world leader in injectable drugs and infusion technologies.They offer one of the broadest product portfolios in the market.
Their Global Program Management Group based out of US & Melbourne lead global cross functional teams in developing, registering and launching value-added, oncology products for sale worldwide. They have a local R&D Department which is responsible for providing a pipeline of new products that will continue to support future growth. This department is currently seeking a Senior R & D Program Manager to join a Melbourne based HQ team.
This highly visible Senior Development Manager role has been newly created to support a very large program. The role sits within the Global Program Management Group and you will have responsibility for leading a cross functional project team in order to develop and manufacture pharmaceutical products globally. As a local Program Manager you will hold overall responsibility for managing a portfolio of product development projects taking these from project initiation through to launch. This will involve ensuring defined project scope, clear project milestones and risk management plans.
To be successful in this role you will have significant breadth and depth of experience across the R & D product development process within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry & have taken products through from product initiation to commercialisation. You will also have prior program management experience. You be an extremely good communicator, able to engage & get a team bought in. You will have need to have demonstrated a strong leadership track record. We are looking for drive, energy and confidence in consistently deliver projects.
